What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pouches.

Can I combine multiple SKUs or flavors in one order?

Yes, as long as the size and structure are consistent, you can submit as many SKUs as you wish, and at different quantities.

What is digital printing?

Digital printing is a print method using a digital-based image directly onto your film. Some of the benefits of this process include high quality images, vibrant colors, low minimum order quantities, variable data and multiple SKU or flavor options with each order.

What film options are available?

We offer film in clear, white, soft touch matte and metallized.

Do your films have barrier properties?

Yes, we offer metallized PET and EVOH film in clear and white.

What kind of zipper do you offer?

We offer a press-to-close, child-resistant and powder-free zippers.

Do you offer eco-friendly films?

Yes, our offerings include post-consumer recycled and recyclable film.

Will my packaging be suitable for food packaging?

Yes! Our manufacturing facility has been awarded with a Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification. You can be confident that our processes and food-safety practices are compliant with the SQF code.

How do I submit my artwork files?

You can build your custom artwork on our website directly, or use one of our dieline templates and email the file to shop@paxzilla.com.

What is the best application to design my artwork?

All of our dielines are created in Adobe Illustrator. We highly recommend using Illustrator to generate a PDF to submit your artwork.

How do I create a window?

Creating a window, or a knockout, is easy! You must select clear film only, then simply identify the area(s) of the pouch you would like to see through using a solid color swatch, then identify that swatch in your file outside the artwork area. We will print a layer of white ink onto the clear film, knocking out your desired area(s).

How do I identify where white will be printed under my graphics?

If you are designing outside one of our dielines, create a swatch named “White” and identify the swatch in your file, outside of the artwork area. We prefer you use the color 100% magenta as the “White” swatch.

Do you print using Pantone spot colors?

We print using CMYK with white and the option to add orange, green or violet to expand the gamut. with our spot master technology you can rest assured that we can match your branded colors approximately 90% of the Pantone spot library. For better reference, please use the Pantone color Bridge to help predict what your color will look like when printed.
